Supported Platforms

Built for the VW Group MQB platform.

MQBau is purpose-built for Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, SEAT and Cupra models on the MQB platform — Golf, Jetta, Passat and Tiguan, Audi A3, A4 and Q3, Škoda Octavia, SEAT Leon, Cupra Ateca and more. Rather than spreading thin across every car on the road, we focus on doing one platform properly, so flashing, logging and diagnostics are tailored to exactly how these cars behave.

The ECUs, gearboxes and gear you'll need.

On the engine side we support Simos18.1, 18.10, with MED17 in development. On the transmission side, DQ250 and DQ381 dual-clutch units are fully supported. All of it runs over a standard Bluetooth OBD-II adapter using UDS over CAN — so there's no laptop, no cables run through the cabin, and nothing to install but the app. If you're not sure whether your exact car is covered, hello@mqb.au and we'll confirm.
